About

Creating the life you want means showing up intentionally, building connections, and living compassionately.

I study resilience to learn the ingredients that help some people bounce back after adversities. I work closely with communities and organizations, using participatory and human-centered design to uncover innovative solutions to human problems. I offer support, training, and consultation on issues related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, addressing burnout and compassion fatigue, and developing sustainable wellness cultures in organizations. I am the co-creator of HEROES for families, a mindfulness and restorative program for children and parents, and the founder of the Power of Drishti, providing meditations and music. I provide consultation on child development, mental health, and authentic representation for children's media. I write for Psychology Today.
